1. Ticket Purchases
All museum ticket purchases are considered final once confirmed. However, we understand that plans may change, and we are happy to assist with rescheduling when possible.
You may request:
A change in the date or time of your visit (subject to availability)
Assistance with group or educational bookings
To request changes, please contact us before the originally scheduled visit date.
Tickets cannot be refunded for no-shows or late arrivals unless otherwise arranged with our team.
2. Event or Program Cancellations
If VanGoghHaus cancels a ticketed event, workshop, or program, we will notify all registered attendees and offer one of the following:
A full refund
A rescheduled date
A credit applicable to future programming
You will not need to take any action unless otherwise instructed in the notice.
3. Merchandise Returns
We accept returns of eligible merchandise purchased from our museum gift shop within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:
Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
A proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email) is required
Items returned without a receipt may be exchanged for store credit at the current price
Returned items can be refunded to the original payment method or exchanged.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following categories of products are not eligible for return:
Perishable items (e.g., food products)
Opened or used art supplies
Personalized or custom-made items
Discounted or clearance merchandise marked “final sale”
This information is clearly stated at the point of purchase, in-store or online.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
We do not issue cash refunds for online payments.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
